Principal /hod

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the academic and administrative functioning of the college.
- Oversee curriculum development, quality assurance, and accreditation processes in line with AICTE and university guidelines.
- Foster a culture of academic excellence, research, and innovation in computer science and related fields.
- Manage faculty recruitment, development, and performance evaluations to ensure high teaching standards.
- Monitor student admissions, academic progress, and overall campus discipline.
- Collaborate with industry leaders to enhance placement opportunities, internships, and industry exposure for students.
- Ensure effective utilization of resources and compliance with all statutory and accreditation requirements.
- Act as the primary representative of the institution for government bodies, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
- Promote a positive and inclusive campus environment that supports student success and well-being.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Ph.D. /M.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of teaching and administrative experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership position (e.g., Principal, Director, Dean, or HOD).
- Comprehensive knowledge of AICTE, UGC, and university regulations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams, manage academic processes, and foster institutional growth.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
