**Job Title: Principal - BBA Program**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the **BBA program** and ensure effective academic and administrative management.
- Develop and implement the vision, goals, and strategies for the program's growth and success.
- Oversee curriculum design, course development, and teaching quality to maintain academic standards.
- Foster a positive academic environment by promoting faculty development, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with industry professionals, alumni, and other stakeholders to enhance the program’s industry relevance and placement opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to accreditation standards, institutional policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Represent the program in meetings, conferences, and public forums.
- Conduct regular assessments of student performance and program outcomes.
- Manage departmental budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Organize faculty development programs, workshops, and other academic events.
- Ensure student satisfaction and maintain open communication with students and parents.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- **Ph.D.** in Business Administration, Management, or a related field from a recognized university.
- **Master’s Degree (MBA or equivalent)** in Business Administration or a closely related field is mandatory.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of **10 years of teaching and academic leadership experience** in higher education, with at least **5 years in an administrative role** such as a Dean or Head of Department.
- Proven experience in **curriculum development**, faculty management, and strategic academic planning.
- Experience in industry collaborations and internships for students.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in **strategic planning**, **budget management**, and **accreditation processes**.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including faculty, students, parents, and industry professionals.
- A track record of **research publications**, **public speaking**, and **networking** in the business and academic community.
- Strong understanding of the latest trends and challenges in **business education**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience as **Principal, Dean, or Head of a Business School/Program**.
- Active involvement in **professional organizations** such as AACSB, AMBA, or other relevant business education bodies.
- A network of **industry contacts** and **alumni connections** to enhance the program’s offerings and placement opportunities.
- Familiarity with **digital education** tools and technologies for modernizing teaching practices.
