As a Sales Fresher, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in a sales environment. You will have the chance to work closely with experienced sales professionals, learn about our products/services, and contribute to our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:
Learn about our products/services and develop a deep understanding of their features, benefits, and value propositions.

Assist in identifying potential customers and generating leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.

Engage with customers to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies aimed at achieving targets and driving revenue growth.

Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance your sales skills and knowledge.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline opportunities using CRM software.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

Enthusiasm for sales and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and pursue opportunities.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques is an advantage but not required.
