**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of food as per the assigned section.
- Follow standard recipes and instructions given by Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
- Ensure ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment.
- Practice proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
- Prepare mise en place for smooth kitchen operations.
- Support in plating and garnishing dishes as required.
- Handle basic kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with receiving and storing supplies.
- Report any equipment malfunction or shortage to supervisors.
- Maintain personal hygiene and grooming as per hotel standards.

**Requirements**:

- 1 years of relevant experience (varies by Commi I, II, or III).
- Specialization or experience in one or more cuisines:

- **Indian**: Tandoor, Curry, South/North Indian dishes
- **Chinese**: Wok, Dim Sum, Sauces, Soups
- **Continental**: Salads, Pasta, Grills, Appetizers
- **Bakery & Confectionery**: Breads, Cakes, Pastries, Desserts
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and hygiene standards.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management.
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, QSR, or cloud kitchen setup.
- Familiarity with HACCP or food safety regulations.
