**Job Description**:
Key Duties / Responsibilities:

- In charge of all berthing, shifting, hauling, docking, undocking and transferring vessel activities on dry berth.
- Review docking plans for technical adequacy, check the hull contours and structural members of vessel to define proper placement of lifting blocks.
- Develop blocking configuration for all vessel handled.
- Identify training needs of subordinates and enable them develop skills required.
- In addition execute any other jobs/tasks as assigned from time to time.

In charge of maintenance of dredging at Ship lift.
- Create infrastructure facility to meet the operational demand of the shipyard.
- Execute the marine services like crane, workboats, transporter and docking & un-docking operation.
- Execute Ship-transfer system operation during docking / undocking.
- Review Sub-contracting activity and Infrastructure related activity at Ship lift.
- R&R worker management.
- Training and development of subordinates.
- In addition execute any other jobs/tasks as assigned from time to time.
