- Handle inbound calls from US-based members regarding healthcare insurance, claims, policy details, and coverage.
- Provide accurate information on eligibility, deductibles, payments, and prior authorizations.
- Document interactions while maintaining patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).
- Resolve queries promptly with a **customer-first approach**.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Stay updated with policy/system changes and achieve quality & productivity targets.
- Excellent verbal & written **English communication skills**.
- Strong comprehension, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service-oriented with polished soft skills.
- Open to **Work From Office** and **Night Shifts**.
