**About the Role**:
We are looking for an energetic and friendly Telemarketer to join our team in Mumbai. You will be key in building and maintaining strong relationships with hospitals and reaching out to new potential clients. THIS IS NOT A SALES JOB. Your main goal will be to connect with healthcare professionals, understand their needs, and set up valuable meetings for our sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call existing and potential hospital clients to build relationships and introduce Imperial Surgical.
- Understand the needs of hospitals and identify how our products can help them.
- Schedule meetings for our sales team with interested contacts.
- Keep our client contact information accurate and organized.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure successful meetings.

**What We're Looking For**:
We're seeking someone who is:

- **Great Communicator**: Fluent in English, Marathi, and Hindi, with excellent telephone etiquette and the ability to build rapport easily.
- **Friendly & Enthusiastic**: Talkative, high energy, and hospitable over the phone.
- **Persistent & Proactive**: Willing to follow up and reach out to connect with clients (a real 'go-getter').
- **Eager to Learn**: Open to understanding client needs and our products.
- **Organized**: Comfortable using a computer for basic data entry and finding information online.
- **Confident**: Comfortable initiating conversations.

Prior telemarketing or customer service experience is a plus
