**Job Summary**:To perform marketing activities for VEMC with prime focus on market research, field marketing, advertising, competitive analysis, Lead Generation, customer & consultant management, engagement and retention.

**DAILY JOBS**
- Responsible for introducing VEMC to new customers via corporate presentations/ visits.
- To map the hierarchy of the client and maintain relationships at hierarchy matrix identified.
- Prime customer base allotted:
▪ Consultants

▪ Customers outside Mumbai.
- Generating leads and engaging with the customers on a regular basis for

▪ Customer Engagement

▪ Customer Satisfaction

▪ Notifying developments in VEMC: business & new Products.

▪ Promoting new products.
- Improving the Customer Satisfaction Index

**EVENTS & SEMINARS**
- Host all the events of VEMC
- Arranging events and seminars on periodic basis:
▪ Sector wise

Product wise.

**MARKET RESEARCH**
- Competitive analysis is the major aspect of the job description. Analysis has to be done in following groups:
▪ 1st Group: Products
- Fire Fighting
- STP/ETP
- Industry ( Boiler, Cooling tower & Process)

▪ 2nd Group:

- HVAC/ HYPN
- Plumbing

▪ 3rd Group: Process
- Pharmaceuticals
- Steel Manufacturing
- Sugar Processing
- Chemical Industry

▪ 4th Group: New Products by VEMC:

- Energy Audits
- Renewable Energy
- Devising strategies for business development.
- Locating new areas of business
- Developing product penetration and market development strategies

Managing the online platforms like indiamart, projects today, L&T Sufin, etc

**CRM ,VIDEOS,MARKETING COLLATERALS,PODCAST,MARKETING LEADS REVIEW MEETING ,GOOGLE ADS (PPC),WEBSITE MANAGEMENT & UPDATION,SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMISATION,BLOGS & CONTENT MANAGEMENT,EMAIL MARKETING,BRANDING STRATEGIES,APOEM ACTIVITIES,DATA ANALYTICS,SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT,SALES ENQUIRIES,SSS SIR’S LINKEDIN PROFILE**

**SALES SUPPORT**
- Always putting the customer first in case he/she wants the urgent quotation, wants to place an enquiry, wants to log a complaint, etc.

**SEMINARS & INTERNAL BRANDING**
- Conducting seminars (sector/industry specific) as and when required by the management.

Assisting Human resources in internal branding activities, company events / programs.

**REPORTS**
- Weekly Report: It should consist of the following:
1. Plan for the week

The weekly report is to be submitted every Saturday.
- Monthly report:
▪ To consist of major activities and tasks carried out by the marketing department.

▪ Plan for the next month.

▪ Competitor analysis Report (as and when required). Competitor analysis every month while creating the monthly plan for the upcoming month.

(Please note: All the above report to be submitted on the 5th of every month.)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
