- Collaborate with designers and production teams to achieve the desired fit and style.
- Maintain and operate sewing machines, cutting tools, and other tailoring equipment.
- Troubleshoot minor issues with stitching and garment construction.
- Stay updated with the latest tailoring and garment production techniques.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned projects and orders.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in garment cutting and stitching (preferably in the fashion or têxtile industry).
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, tailoring techniques, and pattern making.
- Ability to work with different types of fabrics, including delicate and heavy materials.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in stitching.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet production deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or certification in Tailoring, Fashion Design, Textile Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work in garment cutting and stitching.

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

**Salary & Benefits**:
