Legend Footwear is a progressive footwear retail E-commerce Company in the UK. We have been trading since 1992 and growing at a very rapid rate year on year. We were ranked in Investec mid-market 100 lists of fastest-growing UK companies.

What you'll do:
1) Develop recruitment strategies that meet anticipated staffing needs.
2) Collaborate with the department managers to understand the job roles, their requirements and compose attractive job descriptions.
3) Manage all the job adverts across all the job boards.
5) Conduct video interviews and skills assessments
6) Seek out and headhunt talents for various managerial positions.
9) Ad-hoc office admin duties.

1) Must have minimum 5 years of proven recruitment experience for hiring for various business departments including business development, digital marketing management, customer service, IT etc.
2) Excellent CV screening skills.
4) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5) Sound knowledge of using collaborating software (Click up, Microsoft 365 etc.)
6) Ability to work closely with management and you will be monitored by senior management

Equipment Qualification:
1) Desktop computer with a minimum of: Operating system: Windows 10, Processor speed: 3.9 GHz, RAM: 8 GB, Two monitors (willing to add third at a later stage). Each monitor should be at least 21” in screen size
2) A backup Laptop computer with similar specifications as the main desktop computer.
3) Minimum of 30 mbps internet connection with a backup of similar speed
4) A designated workplace that is not in a shared space and is free from all distractions
5) IP Camera providing a live video and audio feed of your workplace during your shift timings.
6) Power backup for a power outage.
7) Work with an activity monitoring app to access your activity on the computer.

Pay Rate:
Our offer is starting at $1140 (PHP 60,000) per month (based on experience).

Working Hours:
40 hours, 5 days in a week, 8am - 5pm UK time with one hour break (non-payable).
Moonlighting is prohibited

Perks:
We offer a performance bonus and a hiring bonus for each hire. The hiring bonus will range between $100 to $200 per hire after they complete the initial assessment successfully by their line manager.
