**Sales Executive**
Investors Devine is a Real Estate investment consulting firm that act as a channel partner to help real estate developer firms to do direct sales and grow business at higher velocity in an organized manner. The firm specializes in the field of commercial property investments and now venturing into the residential property segment as the demand in this segment continue to rise.
The company act as a one-stop destination and provide personalized service to the customers and cater to each and every aspect of their property needs. It is our belief that a property deal is more than just a transaction, it’s the start of a long-term relationship, one which is built on knowledge, trust and transparency.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Identifying and targeting new customers with new sales opportunities.
- Initiating action plans to approach and securing new businesses(individual and bulk).
- Contributing to the achievement of revenue and unit sales and customer engagement through effective sales process management.
- Increasing customer retention and sales development strategy.
- Developing and maintaining a strong working relationship with the team members.
- Creating a warm relationship with customers and providing after sales support to them.
- Taking reference from the existing and new clients and building strong network to multiply sales.
- Managing every element of the sales process on an individual level remaining abreast with latest regulations, standards within the industry.
- Follow up on leads generated through various mediums.
- Identifying sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Convert walk-ins to sales with high efficiency.
- Channel Partner Management and develop new channel partners to maximize business.

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in Sales and business development.
- Experience of working in Target Driven Environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Past Experience in Client Relationship and Client Handling will be added advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
