**Performance Marketer (Google Ads, Meta Ads & SEO)**

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Google Ads Management**: Plan, launch, and optimize Google Search, Display, and YouTube ad campaigns for maximum ROI.
- **Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Management**: Create and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns, including audience targeting, creative testing, and budget optimization.
- **SEO Strategy & Execution**: Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and technical optimizations to improve organic rankings.
- **Performance Tracking & Optimization**: Monitor key KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, ACOS, and organic rankings, and make data-driven decisions.
- **A/B Testing**: Continuously test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve conversions.
- **Reporting & Insights**: Generate weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights on ad performance and SEO progress.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up with the latest Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **1-3 years of experience** in **Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and SEO**.
- Strong expertise in **Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)** and **Facebook/Instagram Ads**.
- Hands-on experience with **Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite**.
- Proven track record of improving **ROAS and organic search rankings**.
- Proficiency in **keyword research tools (Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)**.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, schema markup, and site structure for SEO.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in **Google Sheets/Excel** for campaign analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Google Ads & Meta (Facebook) Blueprint certifications are a plus.
- Experience with **WordPress, Shopify, or eCommerce SEO** is a plus.
