**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Client Portfolio Management**: Maintain an up-to-date roster of direct clients categorised by country within designated territories.
- ** Client Engagement**: Initiate meaningful dialogues with clients, focusing on unravelling their needs and challenges to offer pertinent solutions.
- ** Product Proficiency**: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of all solutions offered, facilitating seamless client interactions.
- ** Product Demonstrations and Training**: Conduct product demos, trials, and provide training sessions/resources to augment client comprehension.
- ** Solution Integration**: Identify and integrate various solutions, such as Financial Accounting, Whats App Integration (B2B & B2C), etc., tailored to specific countries.
- ** Complementary Offerings**: Identify products/services that complement clients' existing setups and elucidate their value proposition.
- ** Tailored Sales Pitches**: Customise cross-sales pitches to cater to individual client requirements, enhancing engagement and conversion rates.
- ** Performance Targets**: Meet daily targets for the number of cross-sell calls, ensuring proactive engagement with clients.
- ** CRM Management**: Ensure accurate and timely updates in Hub Spot CRM to maintain an organised client database.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- ** Educational Background**: Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- ** Sales Experience**: Prior experience in sales, preferably in cross-selling or related domains.
- ** Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- ** Product Knowledge**: Strong understanding of product offerings and client needs.
- ** Solution Customization**: Ability to tailor solutions and negotiate effectively to meet client requirements.
- ** CRM Proficiency**: Preferred experience with CRM systems, like HubSpot.
- ** Collaborative Approach**: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- ** Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- ** Flexibility**: Willingness to travel as required to engage with clients effectively.
