**Overview**:
We are looking for a dedicated and safety-conscious Tower Technician to join our team in Ernakulam. This role focuses on the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications towers, requiring physical stamina and a willingness to work at heights.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment on towers.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot issues related to equipment and system failures.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and industry standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

**Qualifications**:

- ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
- Age below 30 years.
- Previous experience in telecommunications is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of telecommunications systems and equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Valid motorcycle license and access to a motorbike for travel to various job sites.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work at heights and in varied weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
