As a Content Executive, you’ll provide support to our Sales, Product, Customer Service, and Growth teams. You'll have an opportunity to collaborate across the business, ensuring that copy is effective and consistent across channels. **Responsibilities**: - Collaborate with content team to develop content roadmap and strategy communication, a newspaper ad, hoarding or a video script - you'll connect the narrative across channels. - Recycle and translate content to expand our reach and impact - Collaborate with sales and product teams to gather customer insights and tailor content for effectiveness - You should be comfortable in interacting with customers and stakeholders to extract meaningful insights which drive our content strategy KRAs: 1. Content Strategy Development & Execution - Develop and implement a content roadmap aligned with the brand’s objectives, collaborating effectively with the content team. - Ensure a cohesive content narrative across various channels, maintaining brand consistency and engagement. 2. Content Creation Across Platforms - Create, edit, and publish high-quality content for different mediums, including social - Meet deadlines for content production, adapting the style and tone to suit specific platforms and audiences. 3. Content Recycling & Translation - Repurpose and localize content to reach diverse audiences and extend the reach of brand messaging. - Track performance of recycled content to refine and improve future repurposing efforts. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with sales, product, and customer-facing teams to gather insights that inform content strategy and enhance relevance. - Regularly incorporate feedback from sales and product teams to optimize content for driving conversions and customer satisfaction. 5. Customer and Stakeholder Engagement - Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights that will shape content themes and direction. - Translate customer feedback and insights into actionable content strategies, tailoring messages for impact. 6. Content Performance Analysis - Track and analyze the effectiveness of content strategies through engagement metrics, conversion rates, and feedback. - Use insights from performance data to refine content approaches and maximize impact across all channels. Skills you will need: - 0-1 year of relevant experience - End-to-end video production management; from ideation to scripting (long and short formats) and briefing to editors for post production work - Creation of Bi-weekly and monthly monthly reports on content performance by liaising with data analyst and performance marketing team - Experience in social media channels and analytics including Meta platforms (FB & IG) and YouTube - Desired proficiency in tools: Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Analytics, WordPress, Google Data Studio Dashboards, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel, Canva, and Adobe Suite. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred) - total work: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
