**Job Overview**
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of contract law, litigation management, legal research, compliance, negotiation, risk management, intellectual property, and regulatory affairs
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers via various communication channels
- Resolve customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases as needed
- Maintain customer records, document interactions, and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Identify and report trends in customer issues to improve service quality
Pay: ₹11,629.82 - ₹20,000.00 per month
