Penguin Data Centre is seeking a skilled and dynamic Jr.Digital Marketing Executive to join our innovative team. This role is designed for an individual with a minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing, who is passionate about creating impactful online campaigns and driving results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging and compelling videos for various marketing channels.
- Develop visually appealing posters and graphics for promotional materials, events, and campaigns.
- Generate creative and relevant content for online platforms, including website, blog, and social media channels.
- Implement strategies to attract and convert leads through various digital channels, optimizing campaigns for maximum impact.
- Oversee and update the company website, ensuring it reflects the latest information and adheres to best practices in user experience.
- Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms, fostering engagement and building a community around our brand.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience of at least 1 year in digital marketing roles.
- Proficiency in video editing software and graphic design tools.
- Strong understanding of content creation and social media strategies.
- Experience with lead generation techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with website management and content management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.

**Education**: Preferably graduation in any stream.

**Shift**: UK Shift

**Experience**: Minimum 1 year in Digital Marketing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- UK shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
