Job Title: Food and Beverage Associate

Job Summary:
To provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. A maintenance supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of maintenance workers, planning and scheduling maintenance tasks,

2. Ensuring proper upkeep of facilities and equipment, managing maintenance budgets

4. Hire, train, and supervise maintenance staff, ensuring they are properly equipped and follow safety protocols.

6. Teamwork: Regularly inspect facilities and equipment to identify potential issues, assess repair needs, and ensure compliance with standards.

7. Safety and Hygiene: Adhere to hotel policies and procedures regarding food safety, hygiene, and sanitation.

8. Problem-Solving: Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies needed for repairs.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: High school diploma or BE- MECH equivalent required

2. Experience: Previous maintenance experience in a hotel or restaurant environment preferred.

3. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

4. Knowledge: Familiarity with maintenance operations, menu planning, and manpower handling

5. Certifications: Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) and hospitality certification (e.g., Certified Hospitality Associate) preferred.

Working Conditions:
1. Hours: Ability to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
