**Key Responsibilities**
- **Material Management**:
Oversee the inward and outward movement of materials.

Ensure accurate inventory levels and timely procurement of supplies.
- **Quality Control (QC)**:
Implement and monitor quality control procedures.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure products meet company and industry standards.
- **Reporting**:
Prepare and maintain detailed reports on production, quality, and operational metrics.

Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and report findings to management.
- **Manpower Arrangement**:
Schedule and allocate workforce effectively to meet production targets.

Manage staff performance, provide training, and handle any disciplinary actions as needed.
- **Production Planning**:
Develop and implement production schedules to optimize efficiency.

Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless production flow.
- **External Coordination**:
Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners.

Handle logistics and oversee any external works related to production.
- **Overall Supervision**:
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Lead and motivate the factory team to achieve operational excellence.

Identify and resolve any operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
