
Back Office Assistant

**Responsibilities**
- Data entry and management.
- Document organization and preparation.
- Administrative support and scheduling.
- Communication handling within the organization.
- Inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Basic data analysis and research.
- Filing, labeling, and record-keeping.
- Assisting with billing and invoicing.
**Requirements**:
- **Educational Background**: College Degree or equivalent
- **Computer Literacy**: Proficiency in using office software like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with other relevant tools and software.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective written and verbal communication to interact with colleagues, relay messages, and handle internal communication.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage documents, files, and schedules efficiently, ensuring everything is well-organized.
- **Attention to Detail**: Thoroughness in data entry, document preparation, and maintaining accurate records.
- **Time Management**: Capability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
