Role & responsibilities

Evaluate client needs and generate business through a solution driven approach.

Actively seek out new sales opportunities.

Develop clients (existing & potential) for Business Growth.

Negotiate close deals, facilitate documents requirements and ensure proper handover to the operations team.

Own and exceed annual sales targets year-on-year. Increasing the volume market share.

Responsible for daily / monthly review meetings with the team & with the Unit head/SVH

Identifying new business opportunities from the untapped market sections; further developing the new market in a given segment, and keeping track of special days.

Interacting with ad agencies on a regular basis to finalize the big deals.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

Prepare and update client cards for all key clients.

Team Handling / mentoring the team members from time to time.

Should have an exposure of sales in Media sales/Real estate sales/Banking/Insurance/Political.

Understanding of Sales Number.

Good business acumen and analytical skills.

Good Leadership skills

Team Management skills

Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization.

Good negotiation and presentation skills.

Encourage People to Make Contributions

Result Oriented.

Strong in relationship management with clients and agencies

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
