Review of financials to ascertain reporting under Tax Audit Report
Scrutinized books of accounts for reporting under relevant clauses of Form 3CD
Uploading Form 3CD on e-filing portal
**Statutory Audit**
Execution of Limited Review audit and statutory audit of Private limited
companies & international stock exchange
Ensuring compliances with various laws including GST, TDS and various
other statues including MSMED Act
Reporting of various balance sheet and profit & loss items as per Schedule III and Indian Accounting Standards
Analysis of financial statements with respect to any fluctuations and providing explanations thereof
**Internal Audit**
Executed Internal audit for scopes like TDS & TCS Compliance, Freight ( for
trading concern), Purchases (for trading concern), Payroll Processing &
Other ancillary HR scopes, Accounting of agencies for shipping company, etc.
Identified various risks and errors to propose corrective adjustments to decision makers
Provided feedback to management concerning findings and
recommendations resulting from assessments
Drafting of Internal Audit Reports
Conducted audit of migration of books of accounts
Should be CA fresher ( Recent batch qualified ) with Article experience in Audit
Good knowledge of Application of Ms office, Xls, PowerPoint
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
