Job Title: Audit Associate - Internal Audit
Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Audit Associate - Internal Audit. This role involves delivering multiple IT audit assignments, including application and infrastructure audits, application security assessments, vendor audits, concurrent audits, thematic assignments, and regulatory submissions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a risk-based audit framework that meets RBI regulations and adheres to ISO 27001 standards. They will also manage and liaise with outsourced audit partners to reduce audit time and cost while improving efficiency and delivering high-quality audit work products.

This position requires the ability to establish and maintain a Quality Assurance and Improvement program, facilitate internal and external quality assessments, and engage in advisory roles to support IT projects on internal controls and IT risk management.

Responsibilities include:

  • A degree holder with 5-10 years of experience in IT audits, preferably in the BFSI segment.
  • Holding a CISA certification is essential, while CISM/CRISC/CISSP certifications are desirable.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of key RBI circulars.
  • Strong project and relationship management skills, preferably with team handling experience.
  • Critical thinking, analytical, and efficient data handling skills.
  • High energy, passion, and self-starter attitude with good presentation skills, strong time management, and organizational skills, including ability to multitask.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
