Executive Housekeeping

Responsible for developing departmental policies and procedures by which the highest possible degree of cleanliness, maintenance, and aesthetic value is achieved.
Knowledge of Public area, Chemical, Carpet cleaning, Shampooing etc.
Monitoring of HK staff punctuality through attendance registers, appearance, and standard of performance.
Ensure adherence to the policies & procedures, goals and mission of the Multiplex.
To ensure that the team provides courteous service to customers and responds promptly to customer
enquiries, complaints and requests and exhibits hospitality spirit at all times when dealing with customers
and colleagues.
Recommends changes as necessary to increase efficiency levels minimizing time required for cleaning
auditorium at the end of each show.
To ensure that all housekeeping staff is aware of all fire and safety regulations.
To maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all guest areas at all times.
To take shift duties during scheduled activity of Carpet & Chair shampooing and Pest Control.
To be present personally supervise auditorium cleaning at the end of each show in his shift.
To ensure complete manning of housekeeping personnel at the Unit
To assist HK HOD in planning and implementing of the duty roster.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to ₹21,000.00 per month
