**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field visits to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Promote and sell the institution’s courses and services to potential students and clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable educational or service-based solutions.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Gather and report market intelligence and customer feedback to the management team.
- Assist in organizing promotional campaigns and participating in outreach events.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related fields (field experience preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
