**Procurement of Finished Goods**:

- Identify and source finished goods from approved suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to ensure the best cost and quality.
- Monitor the supply chain to ensure continuous product availability.
- Place purchase orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery of finished goods to meet production and distribution schedules.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Work closely with the inventory team to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid shortages.
- Conduct regular reviews of stock levels and coordinate reordering as needed.
- Ensure product quality meets regulatory standards before accepting delivery.
- **Supplier Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Evaluate and monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery, and cost.
- Address any supply chain issues promptly and find effective solutions to ensure product availability.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, such as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and all relevant pharmaceutical laws in the procurement of finished goods.
- Maintain accurate records of all purchase orders, contracts, and supplier correspondence.
- Ensure that all necessary certifications and documentation are received from suppliers for regulatory purposes.
- **Cost Control and Budget Management**:

- Analyze market trends and supplier pricing to drive cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses to stay within financial parameters.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to ensure that purchased finished goods meet the company’s quality standards.
- Handle any returns or quality issues with suppliers and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate regular reports on inventory status, procurement activities, and supplier performance.
- Provide updates on procurement budgets and forecasts to the management team.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales, production, and logistics teams to align procurement strategies with business goals.
- Support the logistics team in resolving any supply chain disruptions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in procurement, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry.
- **Knowledge**:

- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations (GMP, GDP, etc.).
- Familiarity with supply chain processes and inventory management.
- Understanding of finished goods procurement and vendor management.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
