**JOB BRIEF**
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic **Ticketing Specialist** to help us manage and expand our clientele in **Travel Division**. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
**Job Title**:Ticketing Specialist
**Reports To**:Business Head (Level 1) **/ **Director (Level 2)
**Work Location**:7A1, 7th Floor, Mainaak Towers, Besides Aayakar Bhawan, Christian
Basti, G.S Road, Guwahati - 781005
**Remuneration**:INR 1.5 - 2.4 LPA
**Experience**:Minimum 0 to 2 years in Air Ticketing ( Domestic & International)
**Qualification**:Diploma / Degree in Travel and Tourism
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Domain Expertise/ Activities**:
- Working closely with client and suppliers on designing and fulfilling the detailed requirements including any special needs of clients.
- Ability to get the best deals on flight bookings ( Domestic & international) via online and offline partners
- Marketing ticketing services to clients via travel agents, websites, brochures and telemarketing etc.
**Impact on Business**:
- Grow company’s revenue by adding new clients through marketing and other services offered by company

- Optimize cost and provide better value add to customers by adding new competitive suppliers
- Strengthen and spread company’s brand presence
**Customers / Stakeholders**:
- To be the first point of contact for clients and to deal with all enquiries as they arise
- Prompt 24*7 service to clients including requirements for rescheduling flights or cancelling reservations as needed or any modifications to tour packages.
- Gather customer feedback, testimonials and respond (as appropriate) to the same
- Ensures regular contact and meetings with existing clients to build long term relationships
**Leadership & Teamwork**:
- To manage, support, guide and train junior/new resources
- Liaison with internal teams to ensure customer deliverables are closed effectively and timely
**Other Qualifiers**:
- A demonstrable interest in travel
- Smart, presentable, strong communication and customer-service skills
- Good time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in English, Hindi and Local language
- Proficiency in IT and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good Market knowledge
