- Model building in GT Suite using Gem3D (Pre-processor available with GT Suite ) for engine cooling, fuel and lubrication circuits system circuits.
- Basically, this is converting the 3D CAD geometries for fluid passages into relevant 1D components using Gem3D as pre-processor.
- System level analysis of Diesel engine cooling, lubrication systems using GT Suite for pressure, temperature and flow distribution using GT Suite.
- Post processing of results and documentation
- Predict System level impact of any modifications in system components e.g. oil cooler restriction, filter restriction, radiator restrictions etc.
- Generating flow boundary conditions for some component level CFD analysis.
- Standardization of Model and archival into available database along with the proper documentation of results in reports. (Presentation files.)
