**1. Property Maintenance & Upkeep**
- Carry out minor repairs—plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, fence work
- Manage landscaping: mow lawns, trim hedges, plant or care for gardens

**2. Animal Care (if applicable)**
- Handle animals for medical procedures, grooming, or public demonstrations

**3. Farm & Grounds Management**
- Repair farm structures: fencing, barns, gates, etc.

**4. Record-Keeping & Compliance**
- Maintain logs for maintenance, repairs, animal care, feed usage, and any incidents
- Ensure licenses, permits, and safety inspections are current

**5. Coordination & Public Interaction**
- Liaise with contractors or service providers for specialized work
- If property is visited by guests, informatively guide them and respond to inquiries

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,204.71 - ₹25,000.00 per month
