### **Position: Merchandiser - Export Market (Jewelry Industry)**

**Location**: Andheri

**Experience Required**:

- Minimum **6-8 years** of relevant experience in the jewelry industry, with at least **3 years handling international/export markets**.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Graduate from **NIFT, Pearl Academy, UID**, or any reputed jewelry design or merchandising institute.
- Additional certifications in **Export Management** or **International Marketing** will be an advantage.

## **Key Requirements**:

- **Excellent English communication skills** - both verbal and written - essential for international client handling.
- Strong knowledge of **global jewelry trends**, consumer behavior across regions (USA, Europe, Middle East, etc.), and export documentation.
- Proven ability to **manage buyer accounts**, build strong vendor relationships, and meet delivery timelines.
- Strong commercial acumen and **negotiation skills**.

## **Technical Skills**:

- Advanced proficiency in **CorelDRAW**, **Procreate**, and **Manual Jewelry Designing**.
- Familiarity with **design software used in international markets**.
- Competence in using **MS Excel**, **Google Sheets**, and basic ERP systems.

## **Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the **end-to-end merchandising process** from product ideation to shipment for international clients.
- Coordinate with the **design, production, QA, and logistics teams** to ensure timely sampling and order execution.
- Maintain regular communication with **buyers and agents abroad**, addressing design inputs, order updates, and queries.
- Analyze **sales data and seasonal buying patterns** from different regions to guide new product development.
- Conduct regular **market research** to stay updated on international jewelry trends and competitor offerings.
- Review and finalize **product pricing, cost sheets, and margin analysis** with internal teams.
- Ensure adherence to **export compliance**, packaging norms, and quality standards as per destination country requirements.
- Represent the brand at **international trade fairs**, virtual meetings, and buyer presentations when needed.

- Ability to **lead junior merchandisers** and guide them in execution.
- Strong work ethic, accountability, and passion for the jewelry export industry.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
