Hiring Supervisor

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production and Packing Supervisor to manage the hiring process for production and packing personnel.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manpower Management**:

- Lead recruitment and hiring efforts for production and packing positions to maintain optimal staffing levels.
- Onboard new hires and conduct training to align them with operational standards and procedures.
- **Employee Relations and Grievance Handling**:

- Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns, listen to grievances, and address issues professionally.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting communication, fairness, and teamwork.
- **Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing regular feedback to enhance productivity.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies within production and packing areas.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions to maintain a safe work environment.

**Documentation and Payroll Assistance**:

- Manage employee onboarding documentation, attendance tracking, and punch-in/out records.
- Assist in payroll preparation by maintaining accurate records of attendance, leaves, and other relevant details.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
