A Packing Supervisor oversees and manages the packing and shipping processes in a warehouse, factory, or distribution center. They ensure that products are packed safely and efficiently, meeting quality standards and customer requirements. They may also be responsible for hiring, training, and evaluating packers and other warehouse workers. Key Responsibilities:

- **Quality Control**: Inspecting packed products for defects and ensuring they meet specifications.
- **Efficiency and Productivity**: Optimizing the packing process to minimize costs and maximize output.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforcing safety protocols to prevent accidents during packing.
- **Team Management**: Hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating packers and other warehouse workers.
- **Hygiene and Cleanliness**: Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment, especially in food-related industries.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**: Maintaining accurate records of packed products and shipments.
- **Problem Solving**: Addressing any issues that arise during the packing process.

Qualifications and Skills:

- **Experience**: Prior experience in packing, warehousing, or shipping.
- **Leadership and Communication**: Ability to lead and motivate a team, communicate effectively, and resolve conflicts.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to identify and resolve issues that arise during the packing process.
- **Knowledge of Safety Regulations**: Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and procedures.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficiency in using computer systems for inventory management, shipping, and other related tasks.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
