Role Overview

As our Graphic Designer & Video Editor, you’ll own both static and motion assets from social‑media graphics to short‑form videos ensuring a cohesive brand experience across all digital channels. You’ll collaborate with strategists, copywriters and developers to bring creative concepts to life, manage end‑to‑end workflows and deliver polished deliverables on tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design:
Create on‑brand assets: social media posts, infographics, web banners, presentations

Develop moodboards, style guides, and campaign visuals

Optimize graphics for Meta, Linkedin, etc (correct sizes, formats, and file weights)

Video Editing & Motion Graphics:
Edit and assemble footage into engaging short‑form videos (Reels,Shorts), promos and testimonials

Build simple animations and motion‑graphics sequences in After Effects

Color‑grade, mix audio (music, voice‑overs, SFX) and ensure platform‑compliant output

Creative Collaboration & Project Management:
Brainstorm and storyboard concepts alongside the strategy team

Incorporate feedback, manage version control and deliver assets on schedule

Maintain brand consistency and quality across all deliverables

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Film or related field

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
Design: Photoshop & Illustrator

Video: Premiere Pro & After Effects. (optional - Davinci, FCP)

Strong portfolio showcasing both high‑impact static designs and polished video work

Solid understanding of social‑media best practices, platform specs and aspect ratios

Excellent communication, organization and time‑management skills

Bonus Skills

Basic UI/UX design principles

Animation tools (Cinema 4D, Blender)

Advanced color grading (DaVinci Resolve) and sound‑mixing experience
