**Job Description**:
Position : Graphic Designer
Experience Required: 1-2 years
Location: Thirumangalam, Chennai
Employment Type: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all projects.

Collaboration: Work closely with other team members (e.g., marketing, product, and content teams) to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.

Concept Development: Participate in brainstorming sessions and help conceptualize creative ideas for campaigns and projects.

Adaptability: Revise and adapt designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring final graphics meet desired quality standards.

Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines and meeting deadlines.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience : 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency or in-house environment.

Software Proficiency : Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other graphic design software.

Creative Thinking : Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.

Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy, detail orientation, and dedication to maintaining quality.

Communication : Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and receive constructive feedback.

Time Management : Ability to work on multiple projects and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:
Motion Graphics/Animation: Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
