**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and engagement to understand their needs and preferences.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers to showcase the features and benefits of our products or services.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns to reach target customers and achieve sales targets
- Track and report on sales activities, including lead generation, pipeline development, and sales performance metrics, using CRM software.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team on customer needs, preferences, and market trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a sales and marketing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term customer relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges and objections.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
