**1. Operations Management**
- Oversee day-to-day business operations.
- Ensure smooth execution of architecture and design projects.
- Improve efficiency in workflows, project timelines, and resource allocation.
- Handle vendor and contractor management.

**2. Marketing & Business Development**
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract more clients.
- Manage digital marketing, social media, and branding efforts.
- Plan promotional campaigns and client engagement activities.

**3. Sales & Client Relations**
- Lead the sales team and ensure customer acquisition.
- Develop pricing strategies and negotiate deals with clients.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and acquire new ones.
- Attend networking events and business meetings.

**4. Financial Management**
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cash flow management.
- Ensure timely billing, invoicing, and follow-ups for payments.
- Work with accountants to maintain financial records.
- Optimize expenses and improve profitability.

**5. Team Management & HR Oversight**
- Recruit, train, and manage employees.
- Set performance goals and track employee productivity.
- Create a positive work environment and improve employee retention.

**6. Reporting & Decision Support**
- Report directly to you (CEO) on business performance.
- Provide data-driven insights to improve business strategies.
- Help in scaling the firm and setting long-term goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
