**Key Duties & Responsibilities:A. Content Creation (Pre-Production)**
- Plan, script, and storyboard content ideas in coordination with the branding and management team.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and management to understand the brand tone and objectives.
- Set up required equipment (camera, lighting, audio, stabilizers, drone, etc.) for shoots.
- Coordinate shoot schedules for sites, offices, events, and client interactions.
- Ensure brand guidelines (color, tone, logo usage, etc.) are followed in all visual content.

**B. Filming (Production)**
- Capture high-quality video footage for reels, stories, YouTube, podcasts, and project showcases.
- Record interviews, walkthroughs, testimonials, and on-site construction updates.
- Manage camera angles, lighting, and sound to ensure professional results.
- Shoot behind-the-scenes (BTS) content, team activities, and lifestyle content for social branding.
- Handle drone shooting (if certified) or coordinate with drone operators.

**C. Editing & Post-Production**
- Edit raw footage into professional-quality content for multiple platforms (Reels, YouTube, etc.).
- Add motion graphics, animations, music, sound effects, and subtitles where required.
- Color-grade and enhance visual appeal to match brand aesthetics.
- Optimize content for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Maintain a consistent brand style across all edits.

**D. Content Publishing & Coordination**
- Deliver edited content to the digital marketing team on time.
- Coordinate with the graphic designer and marketer for captions, hashtags, and publishing schedules.
- Archive all footage systematically for future reuse.
- Suggest creative ideas for social media campaigns and ad videos.

**E. Brand & Media Development**
- Create video templates and visual guidelines for all 4 firms.
- Produce internal and external communication videos (HR, training, client communication, etc.).
- Manage podcast recordings and video interviews with management or guests.
- Research trends in architecture, real estate, and AI to create fresh and modern media content.
- Support personal branding videos for CEO and management as part of public image building.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
