**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Inventory Management:

- Receive and inspect incoming materials for quantity, quality, and damage.
- Accurately record incoming and outgoing materials in the inventory system.
- Maintain detailed records of stock levels, including receipts, issues, and adjustments.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Implement inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize stockouts.

Store Operations:

- Organize and maintain the Store layout for efficient storage and retrieval of materials.
- Ensure proper storage conditions for all materials, including temperature and humidity control.
- Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe Store environment.

**Issuing Materials**:

- Process material requests from production departments in a timely manner.
- Issue materials based on authorized requisitions and maintain proper documentation.
- Monitor material usage and report any discrepancies or shortages.

**Record Keeping**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate inventory reports and other relevant documentation.
- Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels and generate reports.
- Comply with company policies and procedures regarding inventory control and record-keeping.

**General Duties**:

- Assist with physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Participate in warehouse improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a store or inventory management role is preferred.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and computer systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.

**Computer Skills**:

- Ability to input and retrieve data accurately.

**Additional Notes**

This position requires physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
