Our Opening and Your Responsibilities - Knowledge of customer portal - Ariba, Tungsten, Coupa, etc. - Work on web portal process for USMO, PIUS (Safe line, Eagle, and Hi-speed) Rainin & UK units from shared services center in India. - Work on Invoice upload on customer portal, resolving pending cases & review of Invoice payment status - Meeting productivity and quality benchmark defined from time to time - Ensuring regular communication with Business Unit personnel to ensure issues are resolved immediately - Ensuring operational performance through Team Presentations, Process Quality Initiatives, etc. - Improve the overall Web upload process - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines within a multi-cultural, international environm What You Need to Succeed Technical Skills: SAP/CRM ERP knowledge, preferably ECC 6.0, Microsoft Office Soft Skills: Good communication skills as he/she is required to attend weekly/ monthly process update meeting Our Offer to You "One Team" that thrives on collaboration and innovation - Opportunities to work with Global teams - An open, fair and inclusive environment - Multitude of learning and growth opportunities - A brand name that is identified worldwide with precision, quality, and innovation.
