Roles and responsibilities
- Knowledge of AERB and CDSCO process, compliance, regulation, and other related legal and documentation requirements.
- Filing Application in CDSCO & AERB Department online/offline.
- Knowledge of Statutory and Regulatory Compliance work in Drug Regulatory Affairs (DRA)
- Knowledge of Type approval and NOCs in AERB/CDSCO.
- Obtaining safety certification or renewal of documents from CDSCO/ AERB.
- Regularly contact AERB and CDSCO to get updates for follow-ups and acknowledgement.
- Guiding the clients to comply with the regulatory constraints and terms and conditions of license to be adhered.
- Improvement and management of online inspection methodology to seamless conduct of inspection.
- Guiding Clients to resolve quality issues.

Qualification
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)/Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)/M.S Parma, Medical Devices, Pharmaceutics & Drug.
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Biotechnology/Biomedical/Medical Engineering.
- B.E/M.E in Biotechnology/Biomedical/Medical Engineering.
- Statutory and Regulatory Compliance Certificate in Drug Regulatory Affairs (DRA).
- Statutory and Regulatory Compliance Certificate related to Atomic Energy Regulatory Board.

**Salary**: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
