**Profile: AERB & CDSCO**

**Location: Paschim Vihar, New Delhi**

**Salary: Up to 50,000**

**5 Days Working**

**Exp: 1 to 2 Years**

**Yearly Bonus**

**Office Timing: 9:30 to 5:30**

**Roles and responsibilities -**

Knowledge of AERB and CDSCO process, compliance, regulation, and other related legal and documentation requirements.

Filing Application in CDSCO & AERB Department online/offline.

Knowledge of Statutory and Regulatory Compliance work in Drug Regulatory Affairs (DRA)

Knowledge of Type approval and NOCs in AERB/CDSCO.

Obtaining safety certification or renewal of documents from CDSCO/ AERB.

Regularly contact AERB and CDSCO to get updates for follow-ups and acknowledgments.

Guiding the clients to comply with the regulatory constraints and terms and conditions of the license to be adhered to.

Improvement and management of online inspection methodology to seamless conduct of the inspection.

Guiding Clients to resolve quality issues.

Qualification
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)/Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)/M.S Parma, Medical Devices, Pharmaceutics & Drug.

B.Tech/M.Tech in Biotechnology/Biomedical/Medical Engineering.

B.E/M.E in Biotechnology/Biomedical/Medical Engineering.

Statutory and Regulatory Compliance Certificate in Drug Regulatory Affairs (DRA).

Statutory and Regulatory Compliance Certificate related to Atomic Energy Regulatory Board.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- CDSCO: 1 year (preferred)
- DRA: 1 year (preferred)
- Medical Device: 1 year (preferred)
