**Project Summary**:
We are looking for a skilled **Freelance Digital Ads & Social Media Expert** to take charge of our digital marketing campaigns across **Meta (Facebook/Instagram)** and **Google Ads**, while also supporting basic social media content planning and engagement. This is a project-based opportunity with potential for long-term collaboration based on performance.

**Scope of Work**:

- **Ads Management**:

- Plan and launch ad campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
- Monitor, optimize, and scale campaigns for better ROI.
- Run A/B testing on creatives, copies, and audiences.
- Set up proper conversion tracking and reporting.
- **Social Media Support**:

- Help develop monthly content calendars (optional).
- Coordinate with our team on creatives and captions.
- Ensure consistent brand voice across platforms.
- **Reporting & Communication**:

- Provide weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Be available for periodic review calls during the project.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Someone with **2+ years** of experience in paid ads.
- Proven track record of handling campaigns with measurable results.
- Familiarity with lead generation and ROI-focused strategies.
- Bonus if you’ve worked in industries like real estate, education, solar, or healthcare.
- Good communication and self-management skills.
