**Job Overview**:
As an Electrical Bike Assembly Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to assemble and test electric bicycles (e-bikes) in compliance with safety and quality standards. You will work with a team of technicians and engineers to ensure the smooth and efficient production of electric bikes. This position requires a keen eye for detail, technical expertise in bike mechanics, and a strong understanding of electric components.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
E-Bike Assembly: Assemble electric bicycles according to established SOP procedures and guidelines. Install electrical components, including motors, batteries, controllers, and wiring systems. Ensure proper alignment, adjustment, and fit of all bike components.

Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks on each e-bike assembled to ensure they meet safety and quality standards. Identify and address any defects or issues in the assembly process promptly.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly efficiency and product quality.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of each e-bike assembly, including component serial numbers and test results.Document any modifications or improvements made during the assembly process.

Collaboration: Collaborate with design and engineering teams to provide feedback on product design, assembly processes, and component reliability.

Work with cross-functional teams to address any production-related challenges.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols during the assembly process to ensure a safe working environment.

**Skills Needed**:
Handling of assembly tools, jigs, fixtures & equipments, Usages of measuring equipment

Experience: Prior experience in electrical bike assembly, mechanical engineering, or electrical systems is highly desirable. Experience with electric bikes or other electric vehicles is a significant advantage.

Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with bike mechanics. Knowledge of electrical systems, batteries, motors, and controllers is crucial.

Attention to Detail: Ability to work meticulously and pay close attention to every aspect of the assembly process to ensure quality and safety.

Troubleshooting Skills: Capable of identifying and resolving technical issues related to e-bike assembly and electrical components.

Team Player: Effective communication and collaboration skills to work in a team environment and coordinate with various departments.

Physical Abilities: Assembling e-bikes may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Safety Conscious: Committed to following safety protocols and ensuring the final products meet safety standards.

Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing production needs and processes as the company evolves

**Education and Experience**:

- Diploma / Any graduation
- 2+ years’ experience in general assembly work or specialized training

**Licensing and Certification**:
Should posses Valid 2W driving licence

Material handling & Safety certification is advantageous

**Working Hours**:
Normal 8 hours of work will range between 9am to 6pm

Hours may vary and will require extra time and weekend work as directed by the company needs.

**Working Environment**:
Work is usually performed in a company manufacturing centre and assembly unit.
