**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Bringing Big Ideas to Life**:

- Work with our founder on strategies to grow Glovatrix. Think market research, product positioning, and competitor intel. You’re the plan-behind-the-plan
- **Running the Show (Kind Of)**:

- Manage key projects across teams to ensure everyone’s on track and in sync. If there’s a bottleneck, you’re the fixer.
- **Keeping Us Organized and On Budget**:

- Help with budgeting, financial planning, and tracking goals. We don’t expect you to be an accountant, but a good sense of numbers helps
- **Problem Solving Extraordinaire**:

- Tackle high-priority tasks and random challenges as they come. Creativity is your best friend here—think outside the box and get things done
- **Connecting the Dots**:

- Be the go-to for internal and external communications. Whether it’s making investor presentations, organizing reports, or communicating with partners, you keep it clear and on point.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: Freshers are welcome. Experience of working at a startup or in consulting will be an added benefit.
- **Education**: Pursuing or completed bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or something similar.
- **Skills**:

- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Sharp analytical mind and great with numbers.
- Great with people—you’re organized, clear, and easy to work with.
- Basic mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and project tools.
- Flexible and cool under pressure. If things get wild, you get calm.

**Remuneration**:

- Approx. **INR 8,000 - 15,000 per month**, depending on experience and skill proficiency.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
