**Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure the company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that impact the business.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities as required.

**Corporate Governance**:

- Assist in organizing and managing board meetings, including preparing agendas, notices, and minutes.
- Maintain statutory records, registers, and filings in compliance with the Companies Act.
- Advise management on corporate governance best practices.

**Policy Implementation**:

- Develop, review, and implement compliance policies and procedures.
- Monitor the effectiveness of compliance measures and recommend improvements.

**Risk Management**:

- Identify potential compliance risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
- Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure adherence to regulations.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare and submit necessary statutory and regulatory filings.
- Draft resolutions, agreements, and legal documentation as required.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of the Companies Act and other relevant laws.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Must be a qualified **Company Secretary (CS)**.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in compliance or secretarial roles.
- Experience in handling corporate compliance for listed or private limited companies is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in using compliance-related software tools is an advantage.

Pay: From ₹240,000.00 per year
