Responsibilities:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop technical solutions, integrate supporting Lexmark technologies and requirements as well as managing the solution life cycle
- Ensure that data is accurately maintained, protected, and stored within Lexmark’s guidelines and requirements, providing oversight and monitoring of data entry, security updates and system checks.
- Responsible for any IT / Security changes, clean ups, system maintenance and database appending procedures when and where necessary
- Identify and implement business process improvements and related system enhancements for functional use, including improving efficiencies through automated routines to perform tasks
- Develop and provide training on core and advanced system functionality for internal stakeholders, maintaining and furthering the knowledge level of staff around use of the database/CRM system and integration into Lexmark’s broader systems.
- Develop queries, selections and reports needed for Lexmark Corporate stakeholders.
- Works with management staff and system users to analyze complex requests for information, updates and integration processes.
- Own the entire development life cycle from concept to production as well as support

Skills Requirement
- At least 3 years of experience with ZOHO CRM / CRM Plus product suite
- Good functional knowledge of Sales and Marketing business processes
- Experience with Field/workflow customizations within ZOHO product stack
- Experience with BI & Analytics module inside ZOHO to create reports
- Data migration experience to and from ZOHO
- Experience configuring and supporting CRM databases
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills

Nice to have skills:

- Experience with Deluge scripting
- Experience with complex SQL queries
- Experience with PowerBI
- Experience with inventory, distribution and ecommerce
