**Job Position: Waitress**

**Age: 25 to 35**

**Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Hotel management**

**Experience: 2 to 3 years**
- As a Waitress, you will be in charge of providing outstanding experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, delivering food and beverages and ensuring that guests have everything they need for an enjoyable experience._
- **Duties & Responsibilities**_
- _Welcome and accompany guests to their designated tables_
- _Present the menu and explain details about the dishes and beverages, including recommendations for wine pairings if requested_
- _Set the tables_
- _Inform customers about the daily specials upon request_
- _Take orders for food and beverages_
- _Verify customers’ identification to ensure compliance with minimum age requirements for alcohol consumption_
- _Effectively communicate order details to the kitchen staff_
- _Serve food and drinks promptly_
- _Organize table arrangements and uphold a neat dining area_
- _Handle payment transactions_
- _Clear tables upon customers’ departure_
- _Deliver outstanding customer service to all guests_
- **Experience & Skills**_
- _Demonstrated experience in a server or a similar role_
- _Practical familiarity with cash registers and ordering systems_
- _Attentiveness and patience in customer interactions_
- _Exceptional presentation skills_
- _Strong organizational and multitasking abilities_
