**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Utilize Jira for project tracking and issue management to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Write and maintain Python scripts to automate various tasks and improve efficiency.
- Create and manage VB Script and PowerShell scripts for system administration and automation tasks.
- Develop automation workflows using Automation Anywhere to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Document technical specifications and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all development activities.
- Contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing knowledge and mentoring junior developers.

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrate proficiency in Jira for effective project tracking and issue resolution.
- Have extensive experience in Python scripting for automation and task management.
- Show expertise in VB Script and PowerShell for system administration and automation.
- Have hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere for developing automation workflows.
- Experience in Asset Management Operations is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members to foster a collaborative team environment.
