**Customer Support - Outbound Voice Process Executive**

**MAXIMUM BUDGET (Non-Negotiable)**: ₹18,000 CTC

**Position Type**: Full-Time
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and offer products and services.
- Maintain a professional and positive tone during customer interactions.
- Meet daily and weekly call targets, ensuring excellent service quality.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and feedback in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve performance and achieve overall team goals.
**Eligibility Criteria**:
- Graduates and undergraduates are eligible to apply.
- Strong communication skills in English and/or regional languages.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
**Work Schedule**:
- Morning shifts only.
- 6 days of work per week with 1 day off.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
