**Position: PPC Executive**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing performance-oriented advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. They should also possess expertise in native marketing and be familiar with tools like Taboola and Quora. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing large-scale performance-based PPC campaigns using enterprise-level PPC management platforms.
- Crafting effective ad copies and conducting A/B testing for optimization.
- Analyzing complex data from multiple sources to derive insights and make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign performance.
- Creating landing pages and producing relevant content.
- Utilizing Dynamic Search Ads, Remarketing, and Dynamic Remarketing strategies.
- Overseeing audience targeting and keyword selection.
- Implementing measures to reduce click fraud.
- Staying updated on the latest trends in SEM and PPC.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Demonstrated expertise in PPC, bid management, and optimization techniques.
- Proficiency with a content management system, such as WordPress.
- Familiarity with online analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Web Trends, and Tableau.
- Knowledge of various online marketing platforms, including Facebook, AdWords, and Yahoo.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and SEO principles.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written communication and content creation abilities.

**Qualifications**: Minimum bachelor's degree in any discipline

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Work Schedule**:Day shift (6 days a week)

**Salary**: Competitive, commensurate with experience and skills

**Facilities**: Free pick-up and drop-off services from the nearest metro station

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
